25. Amendment of section 33 (establishment of office of Information Commissioner) of Principal Act

25.–Section 33 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (4), by substituting the following paragraph for paragraph (b):

"(b) Paragraph 5 of the Second Schedule shall not have effect in relation to remuneration in a case where the person who holds the office of Commissioner also holds the office of Ombudsman.".
